If you’ve changed your mind about your dress, or it doesn’t fit correctly, don’t worry, you have 14 days from your delivery date to return it.
Refunds will be made in the same way as the original payment method (such as onto a debit/credit card account, PayPal, store credit or a combination of the two). You will receive a receipt confirmation via email once your returned package is processed. Refund time for credit/debit card payments varies depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are instant.

Ship back the items within 14 business days from date of delivery and send us an email with the tracking number. We DO NOT provide free returns for international orders.
We highly advise that you use your local postal service to mail the package and provide us with the tracking number. We will NOT be responsible for any lost packages.
